How to Request Account Deletion

You can request the permanent deletion of your PipLock AI account and all associated data by sending an email to our support team. We will process your request within 30 days.

Step 1 — Send a deletion request

Email us at support.piplock@gmail.com with the subject line: Account Deletion Request

Step 2 — Include your account email

In the email body, include the email address linked to your PipLock AI account so we can identify it.

Step 3 — Confirmation

We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What Data Gets Deleted

Upon a confirmed deletion request, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

Account credentials (email, hashed password)
User profile and subscription status
Trading rules and killswitch history
AI chat sessions and trade journal entries
Broker connection data and performance statistics
Notification preferences

⚠️ This action is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through Google Play before requesting deletion.

Data Retention

Some anonymised, non-personally identifiable aggregate statistics may be retained for up to 90 days after deletion for internal analytics purposes. No data that can identify you personally is retained after your deletion request is processed.
